Roofing

Full roof replacements

Old coverings stripped and replaced with new interlocking tiles, dry ridge and dry verge systems, and new fascias, soffits and roof vents, all worked from fully scaffolded access.

External wall insulation

Insulated render systems

Insulation boards fixed to the external walls, reinforced with mesh and basecoat, then finished in a through-coloured render for a warmer, cleaner-looking home.

Plastering

Media walls and full replasters

Feature media walls built and skimmed with recesses for the TV, shelving and fire, alongside full-room replasters ready for decorating.
